36,441 PointsRails API course: proper order of challenges
There are at least two inconsitencies in the order of challenges and videos that explain topics found in these challenges.
1) This challenge: https://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-a-rails-api/coding-the-api/returning-json
Asks students to do something that is explained much later in the section, this video:
2) This challenge: http://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-a-rails-api/namespacing-routes-and-json/api-return-review
Asks students about things that are explained in the video that comes RIGHT AFTER the quiz, this one:
https://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-a-rails-api/namespacing-routes-and-json/the-http-response
I contacted support and explained this as plainly as I was able to. Hopefully this will get fixed soon and stop the influx of questions from confused students :)

Courses Plus Student 53,747 PointsMaciej Czuchnowski & Jim Withington: Contacting support directly since the release of the class, there seems to be some fixes planned to be done throughout this upcoming fix on the matter.
There's other instances of this sort of error in the course in addition to the ones listed here I've personally found and directly contacted the challenges and workspaces them about: It's hard to find without specific questions being referenced being oddly ordered besides two-three challenges in need of being after specific videos entirely.
If there's an influx of topics addressing this, it seems probably a good idea for them to be redirected here; perhaps referencing one of the community leads to update the status of such things can be done just here for the sake of convenience.

If we've missed any, please continue to put them in this thread and we'll make sure they get updated to the correct spot!

36,441 PointsYeah, I sent them about 5 emails. And created this topic for convenience to redirect people who ask about these things to one, central place.
