Where am I going off track on this challenge?

I am unsure if I am heading in the right direction in this challenge. I think that I am suppose to make a menu so that a story could be chosen. However, the way todo was written it made it sound like I would have the user do that. That cant be right because how would they know to do the underscore for the replacement words. I think that will be the next step I will try tomorrow. Any coaching on this would be nice.

#  This is essentially what I am testing 
1.  The user is prompted for a string template (the one with the double underscores in it)

2.  The user is then prompted for each word that has been double underscored.

   a. The answer is checked to see if it is contained in the censored words.
      User is continually prompted until they enter a valid word

3.  The user is presented with the completed story

Let the user define the story. For the test I pass in a string template that is expected.
