Engineering Manager, Infrastructure Security

As leader of our Infrastructure Security team, you will not only influence the architecture, design, and roadmap of Sprout’s cloud-based infrastructure, but also inform how we build secure experiences for the future. • Build a high-functioning, well-motivated engineering team and steer them to iteratively deliver quality results.
• Leverage your experience in building and maintaining secure, compliant, and modernized cloud infrastructure deployments to secure the next generation of Sprout experiences.
• Lead the team through complicated product and technical roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional and engineering leaders to align on the strategy for your team and support its execution.
• Grow your team of SREs with effective feedback, coaching, and career development.
• Work directly alongside the team by providing code reviews, upholding development standards, and taking responsibility for design and architecture decisions.

Minimum qualifications for this role include:

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting infrastructure in a production environment
• 1+ years of experience managing and leading infrastructure teams

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

• Experience building and securing infrastructure in a cloud environment such as AWS
• Experience in driving security initiatives and frameworks in the cloud

Individual base pay is based on various factors, including work location, relevant experience and skills, the responsibility of the role, and job duties/requirements. In the United States, we have two geographic pay zones. You can confirm the pay zone for your specific location with your recruiter during your interview process. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

• Zone 1: $220,000 to $240,000 USD annually
• Zone 2: $205,000 to $225,000 USD annually
