Sales Representative - Talent Pipeline

Although we are not expecting to fill this position immediately, we are always looking to fill our talent pipeline with dynamic, talented candidates. [We generally screen new applications every 3-4 weeks and contact qualified applicants for a phone screen.]

• Effectively represent the Treehouse value proposition and help businesses understand products and programs
• Research companies, develop leads, and create target accounts
• Drive and close target accounts to meet and exceed quotas
• Employ full CRM methodology to cultivate and close accounts
• Manage the critical data into sales database
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person
• Travel: Minimal travel is required. (0-20%)

• 2+ years of SMB/SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record of growing client base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
• Up-beat, positive demeanor. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated organizational skills and thorough follow-through
• Strong desire to continually grow and learn
• BA, BS degree from a four-year university is a plus
