Support Developer
Overview
Weβre looking for a junior developer to assist the Customer Support and Development teams at Treehouse.
Responsibilities
- Finding, identifying, and correcting bugs that students come across.
- Develop new administrative features for the Customer Support team to better serve our students.
- Handling technical support tickets. You might need to update production data or figure out browser quirks preventing page loads.
Qualifications
- A passion for helping others in need of technical help. You might be keeping a copy of βHow to Win Friends and Influence Peopleβ at your desk.
- Great writing and communication skills. You can clearly and quickly get ideas across to the team and students needing help.
- Development background. Particularly working with Ruby, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Some bugs are tricky to find and debug.
