Marketing Manager at Treehouse!

Treehouse is looking for a motivated, analytical, and creative Marketing Manager with experience in digital marketing. In this 100% remote position, you will work directly with senior management to develop and improve marketing strategy. You will join a fast-paced, international, and collaborative team of professionals whose mission is to diversify the tech industry through accessible education, unlocking the door to opportunity, and empowering people to achieve their dreams.

• Direct a social media engagement strategy and guide a digital marketing budget, translating top-level campaign ideas and messaging into effective ad placements
• Author content (web copy, blog and social media posts, product announcements) that drives traffic to our website and raises awareness of and generates demand for Treehouse products
• Coordinate with our PPC and CRO teams to ensure correct brand and product messaging is incorporated into their ongoing efforts
• Implement a consistent and compelling voice across all customer-facing channels
• Monitor the efficacy of various campaign messaging and unearth insights from spend data to inform new campaigns and ad creatives
• Perform market research to find new opportunities, analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and brainstorm fresh advertising ideas to increase brand awareness

• At least 2 years' experience as a marketing manager or a related position in social media marketing or digital advertising
• Self-motivated in a remote work capacity, with an unfailing ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with frequently changing priorities
• Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, strategies, channels, branding, and budgeting
• Technical proficiency in electronic marketing automation software, SEO software, and social media dashboards
• Top-notch communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, senior management, and customers
• Superb leadership and collaboration abilities, accompanied by strong interpersonal and project management skills
