Overview

The Treehouse Revenue team is growing and looking to add a new face to our Customer Success squad. The Treehouse apprenticeship is a 3-month, full-time, paid program that is designed to provide apprentices with valuable first-hand experience on our Revenue Team.

A successful apprentice will convert into a salaried employee with full benefits - and best of all, will be working on a vibrant, and exciting team doing work that is important for both customers and the community.

Responsibilities

During this 3-months, youโ€™ll be learning the ins and outs of relationship management in the B2B software world. Customer Success combines skills from customer service, sales, account management, and marketing all rolled into one. Youโ€™ll be tasked as a trusted advisor for our business customers, ensuring they have a smooth, well-supported (and fun!) experience from purchase to renewal and beyond! This includes knowing our product inside and out and having a strategic mindset in finding ways to grow revenue through expansions.

They may include a local school teacher passionate about providing tech education to their students, a CTO at a prominent corporation, or a startup founder hoping to become the next Apple, using Treehouse as their main source for tech training. Youโ€™ll be interacting with organizations from all over the world; itโ€™s pretty neat!

Qualifications

  • Curious and eager to learn about tech/coding as it rapidly changes
  • Not shy about advocating for customer needs cross-departmentally
  • Proactive when things donโ€™t go your way (it happens) and use it as an opportunity to get better and improve internal systems
  • Prepared and tactful in negotiating. A sales mindset comes with Customer Success
  • Have an authentic, real voice when communicating. We care equally about educating and delighting our customers
  • That being said, strong grammar and verbal communication is a must
  • Love digging into a spreadsheet or creating an eye-catching presentation
  • High technical aptitude. Experience with Salesforce a plus!

Benefits

Apprentices are paid $15 an hour with the expectation that after successfully completing the apprenticeship, they will be offered a competitive full-time salary and benefits.

After successfully completing the 3-month apprenticeship, you will be eligible for:
