DA-W: Combining Data

About this Workshop

In this workshop, students are introduced to four common methods used to combine multiple datasets: merge, join, concatenation, and append. Students will use Pandas, a powerful data analysis tool built on top of Python. After completion, students are equipped to combine datasets for further analysis and manipulation.

  Richard Tillies, aka "Professor T", is an accomplished educator with nearly 20 years of classroom teaching experience in computer science, information technology, and mathematics. Outside of teaching, he is a certified kickboxing trainer who can also perform a backflip and solve a Rubik's Cube (though not at the same time).
