Sharing and Getting Feedback in Balsamiq
2:17Getting feedback on your wireframes is an important part of a team dynamic. Here is how we will do that in Balsamiq.
Changes to Balsamiq
The "Hide Markup" button is now under View > Markup. You can also toggle this by using ctrl+K / cmd+K
"Export to PDF..." and "Export all wireframes to PNG..." are no longer options under the Project menu. Instead, click Project > Export and decide how you want your wireframes to be exported there.

After you have several wireframes,

you'll reach a point where you're
ready to share for feedback.

You may want to do another round of
iterations to combine your favorite parts

of each wireframe into a single screen
that represents your best idea.

Once you have your favorite
wireframes narrowed down,

you may want to add notes
to your wireframes.

There's a way to do this in Balsamiq.

In the top of the UI,
click the markup button.

Here there are several note making tools.

Note, arrow, call out, brace,
scratched out lines, and a red x.

Leaving notes like these will help your
teammates understand your intentions,

as well as give you a chance
to leave questions for

you're unsure about.

If you ever want to hide these notes,
hit the Hide Markup button.

Once you finish adding the markup,
it's time to share with your team.

icon in the top right of Balsamiq.

If you're sharing remotely,
you have a few options.

If your team mates have a Balsamiq
account or want to have an account,

add their email to send them
an invite to your project.

You can specify if you'd like to give them
edit access or view comment access only.

If you'd like to share it with people
without having them log into a Balsamiq

account, check Allow Public Reviews and
copy the link provided.

Anyone with the link will be allowed
to view and comment on your wireframes.

Alternatively, if you'd like to
download an interactive PDF,

choose Project Export to PDF.
