Share and collaborate your Google Slides presentation.
Nice to see you again.
In this video, we're going to talk about how you can
collaborate on a presentation and share it.
In the top right corner is a Share button.
Clicking on this will bring up the sharing modal and show you the options you have.
You can share your presentation with others by entering their email address.
And then choosing their access level with the edit button.
You can also create a link by clicking Get shareable link and selecting who
you want to be able to access the file and what permissions they will have.
View will give people the ability to see your work and that's it.
This is a great way to share your presentation with your audience.
Comment is for
collaborating by allowing people to add comments to your presentation.
Lastly, edit is for sharing with collaborators or
co-authors so they can comment and also edit the presentation themselves.
You can also remove access to your file by clicking on Advanced in the bottom right
corner, And changing or removing access.
Gathering feedback from collaborators is a great way to make sure
your presentation is ready to go.
Next, it's time for the presentation.
I'll walk you through how to present your work.
See you soon.
