Timeline and Next Steps0:59 with Hope Armstrong
Now, it's time to talk about the project plan and any next steps that are needed.
- Content needed
Now that I've articulated my design process,
it's time to talk about the project plan, and any next steps that are needed.
Here I introduced the timeline.
While you may not have all the answers, if you have a sense of the timeline,
it's helpful to include.
If everyone knows that you have a short deadline,
the feedback will be respectful of that.
Likewise, if they know the deadline is a couple of months away,
then there's more time for iterations, refinement and innovative ideas.
For this project, I was at the feedback stage and
was aiming to finalize the direction and content in a week.
Next step, consider what's needed to make your solution work.
In my case, I needed to finalize messaging and photos of the cohort for
use on their recruitment landing page.
Now that I've shown the project plan, it's time for feedback.
Tune in to the next video to find out how to ask for feedback.
