Hi in this part: <li><a href="/#portfoilo">Portfolio</a></li>
there is unnecessary / Try <li><a href="#portfoilo">Portfolio</a></li>

Also there is a "." in <h1 id="portfolio.">

and a spell check: <a href="#portfoilo"> instead of <a href="#portfolio">

you should check for little things like that to make sure your id exactly matches.
