How can you make an image view get smaller on Nexus 4 for example? so that the ET & button would be displayed correctly

In the lesson, the instructor just switched from the small Nexus 4 to the large Nexus 5. I was wondering how could he fix that problem using Constraint Layout- he needs to make everything smaller / make the image appear smaller in proportion to whole screen size in order to fit the ET & Button there.
