I am not understanding.

I have configured and watched the video a couple of times, what am I doing wrong?

flask_app.py 
from flask import Flask
from flask import request

app = Flask(__name__)

@app.route('/')
def index(name"Hello"):
    return "Hello {}".format(name)

Hey Kaleb, remember to use request and check your parameters for the index view. This code is passing the task.

app = Flask(__name__)

def index(name= "Treehouse"):
    name = request.args.get('name', name)
    return "Hello {}".format(name)
