I am really confused by the explanation and am not sure how to proceed based on what I hav been taught.

What do I need to do to make this if statement work?

operators.swift 
var results: [Int] = []

for n in 1...100 {
    // Enter your code below
    if results = n * 7 && !% {
      results.append
}
    // End code

I think it's best to provide the question, but I think the error is in this part of the code '!%' that doesn't look correct.
