I want to be able to press thumbs up or other emotes during playback to communicate I like this moment in particular

Like/love/laugh/wow/confused - buttons to react to things at the moment they are being said - maybe option to view what others reacted to and how

You can use the "Questions" tab on a video to see questions posted by other students about it, and answers and comments they received. Some questions might mention a specific time reference in a video, but there's no way to bookmark or tag a point in a video other than referencing it in a question.
