Insert Outlet not Shown

I am having trouble in insert the label using insert outlet into the ViewController.swift file because when i drag the ray onto the ViewController.swift file the insert outlet option is not shown out their could anyone help me out!!!!!!!!!

You have to make sure you ctrl-drag the line into the top section of the source code, where the stored properties are defined.
