PyCharm 2018.2.3 (Community Edition) seems different, From Preference > Project Interpreter, you don't have much, tried to get Beautiful Soup from Plugins too but no link

529 PointsWhen you start a new project you can choose if you want to use a virtual environment interpreter or a system wide one. Look for a + sign to bring a python interpreter to your project.
