Add logic to the drive method so that it throws an IllegalArgumentException

You should only be deducting that number of laps from the number of bars and you need to check if there are enough bars before you deduct any bars or any other changes.

I figured it out! I had to throw the exception BEFORE the laps get incremented or the bars get decremented. Thank you.
