13,256 PointsOk so this is just my opinion but there is quite a few things i can say you can change up. First things first i saw you were doing design and front end . First thing do you have dribble account? If not start posting your work that you have https://dribbble.com/ here as well as your website. This way you can start getting some exposure as a designer. As well as https://www.siteinspire.com/. The next thing i suggest you do is create some sort of case study page on your top projects that you feel are your best work. To explain your thought process behind the project etc. The other thing i would defiantly say needs to change is your resume. It says you have x experience on there and then you list your skills. I would suggest you defiantly take a look at others resumes to see how they need to be crafted. Because on my end i see you say you can do x skills. But there is really no proof of any of it. I mean yes you can go to the code pen. But chances are if a recruiter or who ever goes across and lands on just resume page they may not go to the code pen it self. Also if you take and list your projects on your site it self with case study's and then link to the project it self on code pen it will give them a idea of what each project is. Another thing not sure if you have it but get a git hub this way people can see what you are currently working on and see your process as you code over time. Rather then sifting through your code pen. I would use code pen more as a place to show the end product if any thing. But defiantly create a git hub. One last thing on your home page it dosnt really tell me much about who you are or really what you do it just is a slide show i with different images of your designs. Wich is ok but it still dosnt tell me what the project was ect. So these would be my cirques. Hopefully this helps out a bit with your job hunt.
