Full Stack JavaScript Techdegree Student 14,597 PointsA lot of the upcoming code is deprecated just to let you guys know, you'll find the syntax used isn't used anymore.
I was getting very confused after watching this course and then watching the course after with Guil, as the syntax was completely different and understanding React was getting quite difficult. The most notable differences are encapsulated greatly in this video I found on YouTube which illustrates the changes that were implemented in ES6 - I highly advise anyone who is fresh to React to at least just take a look at this, might help with the confusion later on down the road :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afmtuXAybDk
Cheers guys!
