You simply just needed the pass the variable of fullName into your $("'fullName").val() function.
As the .val() function is a get or set function. adding a value inside it will set the value, leaving it blank gets the current value.
The code you needed was
//Show Prompt Window and store value
var fullName = prompt("What is your full name?");
//Select Input with the id of #fullName
$("#fullName").val(fullName);
//Insert value in to full name input
You were very close.
Happy coding

Treehouse TeacherIf you're looking to solve the challenge it's simply asking you to take the result of the prompt as it's stored in fullName. Then you take that string and set it as the value that goes into the input with the id of "fullName". Keep in mind that the variable fullName and id fullName are separate things. Check out my code:
//Show Prompt Window and store value
var fullName = prompt("What is your full name?");
//Select Input with the id of #fullName
$("#fullName").val(fullName);
//Insert value in to full name input
