A Simple Web Application of ROT-13

Hi everyone,

Just made a simple web application of ROT-13 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ROT13) using Google app engine with python and styling with twitter bootstrap and basic framework. Just feel free and have fun to play around~

ROT13 ("rotate by 13 places", sometimes hyphenated ROT-13) is a simple letter substitution cipher that replaces a letter with the letter 13 letters after it in the alphabet. ROT13 is an example of the Caesar cipher, developed in ancient Rome.

Here is the link: http://marcolawchunman.appspot.com/unit2/rot13

For example: you type in "Hello" --> "Uryyb" --> "Hello"

Marcus, most people won't know what ROT-13 is without Googling it. I gave it a spin, looks like it's working as intended!
