A swift recap glitch

For some reason the compiler seems to glitch cause it is telling me my code cannot be compiled when the only thing i'm typing in is either

let bestSmartphone = "iPhone"

or

let bestSmartphone: String = "iPhone"

there is no error shown in the Preview either... Am I a fool or this need to be fixed??

Hey Alexis,

It does seem to be some sort of a glitch. If you could send a quick note to help@teamtreehouse.com to let them know (or use the Support Link in the top Nav bar.) Be sure to include the URL to this post. It may just be a temporary glitch (something buggy with the servers), but still good to let them know.

Until it's corrected, you can skip the challenge and continue working on the course. :)
