Does anyone knows if the accelerometer file or other sensor services files has to be coded or can be downloaded from a site for example google developers? The thing is that in the Android app example we downloaded from the link in here but I just wondered if there is a site to download default sensor services code.

Treehouse Project ReviewerEven though I'm fairly sure that there are some kind of android sensor repo's on github, I don't know of any off the top of my head.
Here are two resources that might help.
- http://www.vogella.com/articles/AndroidSensor/article.html
There are samples available for using sensors in the SDK. I haven't played too much with sensors, so let me know what helps you the most!

Then as with most intermediate programming questions, Stackoverflow would be a better fit for this question.

Treehouse TeacherIf you want to work with other sensors, you'll probably want to read up on them using the link Ernest provided. Here's a direct link to the overview: http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/sensors/sensors_overview.html
Also, there are a lot of example projects from the Android developer site that you can use for reference or copy code from. Here are instructions on how to download them, and then once they're on your computer you just need to import them into Eclipse to view them: http://developer.android.com/tools/samples/index.html
