C# Intermediate C# Abstraction Abstract Members

Abstract methods similar to C++ method prototype?

Coming from C++, I am very familiar with prototyping methods (declaring, not implementing).

For the challenge, I noticed I still had to include the parameters for the abstract method. For the purposes of clarity, would a C# abstract method be very similar to C++'s prototype declaration in that regard, since the return type and parameters have to be defined, at minimum?
