access control in swift

How to we provide access control in swift? There is nothing like using keywords like protected, private and public in front of the variables and classes.

Hi,

Based on where your question was saved in the community, I see that you are currently at "Value Semantics, Type Methods and Inheritance" in Intermediate Swift.

However, after that topic, you'll have to first get through "Extensions and Protocols", and "Memory Management in Swift" and then you'll get to the topic dealing with "Access Control". I recommend going thru previous topics because usually they act as building blocks...but...if you want, you can still visit that section here...

Thank you very much! I will take a look at this.
