how do you write access level modifiers?

Tweet.java

  }

}

Access level modifiers include the keywords like public, private, final, etc.

In this particular challenge, you are asked to create a new constant variable with the appropriate access level modifiers. For a constant which can be called off of the class, you would want to use something like:

public static final int MAX_CHARACTERS = 140;
