Hey Chris Hicks,

You have set isStudent variable to false, change it to true. And inside else if parentheses you have missed s, it should be isStudent. Your final code should look like this:

const isAdmin = false;
const isStudent = true;
let message;

if ( isAdmin ) {
  message = 'Welcome admin';
} else if (isStudent) {
  message = 'Welcome student';
}

Hope this helps!

Hi Chris

Two things to notice here:

  • on the 2nd line const isStudent should be set to true as in the original challenge
  • you have a typo here else if( iStudent ) { -> iStudent should be isStudent

Hope this helps!
