Adding the web backend to app

I am going to use parse for the backend of an app. Do I set up parse backend service after I code the front end of my app or before?

Depends on the type of app you are building. If you are storing data in Parse that you need to display on the front-end then I would start by setting up Parse. Either way, you still have to setup Parse and interface with it and it really does not take a lot of time.

For smaller apps with simple backends, I find it easy to write both together. So I'll sign up with Parse, write some code to save the data, verify in Parse, and then write the code to retrieve and display it. I'm a big proponent of lots of iterations, and Parse makes it really easy to do that.
