after adding the css property display:none; & rgba(0,0,0,0.7); it shouuld be hidden fully

after adding the css property display:none; & rgba(0,0,0,0.7); it shouuld be hidden fully,Means page should be stay remain same as before , this is what i am thinking but its wrong.

what is the reason behind it,when we are giving the css property display:none; and it showing the little-bit rgbaa color on full screen? (My code is work properly but not clear with the concept.)

First, what is the code you used?

Because what you write here would look like this:

element {
  display: none;
  rgba(0,0,0,0.7);
}

RGBA is nog a css function you can call on.
