Alignment with my menu doesn't work like I'd think

Hi everyone,

I'm building a website and I recently added a menu with submenu's. The alignment of the + button isn't right on mobile (IE11 - WP8.1) but it is on desktop. Can someone tell me how to fix this issue? Also, how do I add a scroll-bar when the content doesn't fit the screen anymore. You can't scroll because the position is set to "fixed".

You need to go to the website to see it live and see what's going wrong: http://insider.harwindesigners.nl/dekruidendokter/2.0/page.html

Thanks for the help!
