Am I supposed to add the variable, time? B/c I don't understand the logic of the setup.

I'm going to create a variable named time. It'll be an integer for the current hour (well, what I want the current hour to be).

I need you to make an if condition that sets store_open to True if time is in store_hours. If time isn't in store_hours, set store_open to False. You'll probably have to use if, else, and in to solve this one.

store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]
time = True

Hey Joseph,

This challenge is a bit unclear. You are not supposed to set a value to the variable time, it is something that Kenneth would ideally provide. See below..

store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]
time

if time in store_hours:
  store_open = True
else:
  store_open = False

Thanks for the reply, Andi. Okay, I can now see the logic. Although, to clarify, we aren't setting the time to a particular integer so it can't be proven whether it's True or False. That's where I kept encountering issues b/c I thought he meant we were supposed to prove something.
