Am using Microsoft edge and cant find the developer tools. any idea what I should do? thanks.

Based on this video, I cant understand how to go about it because I cant find developer tools on my pc. My browser is Microsoft edge. really need help with this. thanks.

There are several options

1) Press F12

2) In the upper right corner of Edge click the three dots and then choose More Tools > Developer Tools

3) Right click a page and choose Inspect element or View Source

Note: The tools can be hidden by a policy but for now I am assuming this is not the case
