The second declaration of Title will confuse Swift; you should delete that line.

Also, the challenge asks you to create a constant called "title", not "Title". Capitalization makes a difference when you're using variables and constants. In this case, if you don't use the fully lowercase name "title", your code won't pass because the challenge grader is looking for a constant named "title", not "Title".
