Sorry you are having trouble! It is time for us to update the bundle as it is now a year old. Sadly, that is too old for mobile technology!

In the meantime, you could either update your bundle or try a different one.

For updating, check out the section from 2:20-3:40 of this video from the 2nd project for instructions on how to update. Let us know in here if it works or not!

If you want to try switching to a newer bundle from the Android Developer site, check out this older Forum post for instructions on how to do that: https://teamtreehouse.com/forum/android-lesson-cant-run-initialsetupbat#show-comment-5974

Sounds like you're on the right track! The emulator can take a long time to load the first time. Once you load it you can leave it up and running as long as you want. I typically leave mine open or close it when I'm done developing for a while.

Once it's up and running you should be able to run it on the emulator by clicking the Run button in Eclipse just like in the videos. Let us know if you have any trouble, though.

Thanks so much.I fixed it almost more than one months of trying and becoming frustrated about it.I want to start your android tutorial from the beginning and go ahead. Can I skip the setup video right now?

I hope to publish it in December. We are also talking about doing a mobile game development course but don't yet have any resources dedicated to it. It's something we hear often and definitely want to do when we can.
