The basic rule about return statements is that you need one for each "path". In switch statements each case (and the default) is a path. In an if... else if... else... statement there would be 3 paths. If it were if... else if... else if... else if... else there would be 4 paths. In short, if there are n possible outcomes, then there are n paths.

Close! But you need a return statement for each path in the switch statement, not just one at the end:

func getTowerCoordinates(location: String) -> (Double, Double) {

    switch  location {
    case "Eiffel Tower":
      return (lat: 48.8582, lon: 2.2945)
    case "Great Pyramid":
      return (lat: 29.9792, lon: 31.1344)
    case "Sydney Opera House":
      return (lat: 33.8587, lon: 151.2140)
    default:
      return (0,0)
    }

}
