any tips on how to go about this?

I honestly don't know how to go about this

combo.py 
# combo([1, 2, 3], 'abc')
# Output:
# [(1, 'a'), (2, 'b'), (3, 'c')]

def combo(val1, val2):
    lst = []
    for values in val1 and values2 in val2:
        items = values, values2
        lst += items
    return lst

I don't think you can use "and" to make a loop iterate through two different sequences at the same time. But you could use a different kind of loop that created index values, and then apply the index to both lists.
