4,104 PointsAnyone else finding the JavaScript Loops, Arrays and Objects course rushed?
I've been following the Front-end Dev track, but this section, it's really knocked my confidence and I find myself having to go onto to other websites all the time in order to have things explained better.

I'm also doing the Front End Dev track and just finished the JS Loops, Arrays, and Objects course. Like you, I managed to finish it only to feel pretty discouraged, and I honestly felt this way the entire time learning JS. I think the blow was even harder because I was understanding HTML and CSS so well, and then bam here's JS.. However, I don't think that the material is poorly explained, but I did feel very rushed, and I felt like I didn't have the logic well enough to breeze through the challenges.
I also went to FreeCodeCamp, CodeAcademy, and just Googled to get clarity or extra review when I got confused. I think it's okay to gather different approaches to explain this stuff, because in the end it's all the same. When I compare the information that Treehouse gave vs. the other resources, they cover the same things. And from what I've read, pro developers often refer to outside resources to get their work done successfully anyway.
Anyway, I primarily wanted to let you know that you're not alone.

4,104 PointsHey,
Thanks Mica. Rushed is probably the better description over poor. Just seemed to fly through topics that really needed more in-depth explanation and I found I myself totally lost.
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
