.apk and other bin files disappeared after changing package name

After I changed the package name and after cleaning the project I noticed a few files from my bin directory was gone, including the .apk file we were using for testing.

I was able to make the final .apk file and uploaded it to google play (still waiting to see how it comes out). But I have no idea what happened to the bin file and the test .apk file

The files in bin are generated when the project is built. Did you try building it again after cleaning the project?
