appendChild ("p");

const div = document.querySelector('div#feedback');
const p = document.createElement('p');
div.appendChild("p");

I'm stumped on this quiz. I viewed all related forum posting. Seeking some clarification on why this would be wrong.

Remove the quotes around "p". By using strings you're trying to append the string "p" and not the element p.

Your code should resemble the below.

const div = document.querySelector('div#feedback');
const p = document.createElement('p');
div.appendChild(p);

ant tip , dont use html tags to sign a variables . its going to mess up your code .
