General Discussion

Are badges on Profile pages or Track stages showing up as broken links for anyone else?

When I look at my profile, or the profile of other students, badges are showing up as broken links. Also, the badges within tracks for stages are doing the same.

Is anyone else noticing this? I'm on Windows 7 and have noticed this on the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, and even Safari.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yea same here. osx, chrome

Yea. I think the sight has glitch. I see it too on my track. How could we report this.

Let's encourage our fellow classmates to click on the "Contact Support" button in the lower left. The more people notify Treehouse, I think the more likely they'll notice and fix the issue.

In addition to the "contact support" button, you can also send an email to help@teamtreehouse.com if you prefer.

That's a very good idea!

I will contact support too, a number of my badges now have broken links.

Howdy Everyone,

Sorry for the delay. I have traced down the lost badge images and reuploaded them.

Happy Coding!

Myers, Logo 101 looks like it is still missing. FYI

Cath Ellis, looks like you are right. I had a list of badge images that I sent to our design team to find some backups, but I assumed all of them where for upcoming courses. Thanks for your sharp eyes. I see if we can't find them on Monday.

Cath Ellis, thanks for your patience. Our designers went spelunking into their past projects and found the missing images. Let me know if you spot anything else amiss.

Thanks Myers
