If you got some html and css skills you can start creating a simple static website. The courses offers everything needed for that. If your website should be more complex and get some user interactivity for example, you need more then html and css. But for all that stuff there are courses here.

The tracks are enough to start coding. It's all about practice and application, as well as logical thinking. It really gives you a strong foundation while learning industry standards. The rest is up to you on how you apply it. My suggestion is start building mock websites after you finish a track so you can apply what you learn. Find a good HTML editor, and get your creative juices flowing.

Are enough for you to start! I can assure you that once you went through this course you will be able to code, further it depends on you if you want to learn more advanced coding and become an expert :)
