Asking for a link around the twitter logo, I am not for sure, but I think I am doing it correctly

It is in the code challenge asking for a link around the twitter logo?

You need to put your anchor element after the wrap and logo; i.e. put the </a> right after the link to the end of the line.
The theory is that everything you click between the first <a> and the closing </a> is clickable as a link. The way you have it set up, nothing is clickable.
