import json
with open('example_1.json') as artfile:
art = json.load(artfile)
print(art['description'])
Any idea why this is giving me the no attribute 'load' message?

20,006 PointsI think you need to use ( json.loads) or use the full file path. Good luck:)

Python Development Techdegree Graduate 13,658 PointsI tested the code locally and it runs. So the problem is workspace won't allow you to import json module. I reported this to support.
