automated testing has given me three errors. The image file is located in the HTML correctly,

I didn't meet any problems. Sometimes completing my challenges I had same ideas, but than found typos or mistakes in my own code. So I think it is better to share with us with your code to look at it together or if you are absolutely sure it us a bug I saw Treehouse's advice to contact support directly.

Problem solved! Do not create an additional folder.

Check to make sure the image in the folder you are calling has the exact name and extension in the HTML.

Your answer was very close to spot on. I had used an additional folder for the CSS. i used a additional Style sheet to normalize the CSS, as the video taught. I did not realize that this was going to bite me on the bottom. no problem now. i re submitted and all checks are good.

Thank you!

That's one of the most common mistakes when learning to building websites! Be aware of it. Always organize your structure properly and you will avoid many conflicts! :)
