Bcrypt not installing. Help!

Hi,

I can't install bcrypt. It shows up during the installation in node modules but disappears as soon as it shows up an error during installation. This is the error:

Hi guys,

I finally fixed the problem!! The solution was to install an earlier version of bcrypt: 2.0.1 and it works everything like a charm. The version 3.0.1 didn't work for me.

Just a tip. First install node-pre-gyp and after try install bcrypt package.

Hi Adam,

I installed node-pre-gyp several times and it doesn't work. This is the error after installing node-pre-gyp. Do I need python or something? Because I have no idea of how python works... Or maybe install another version of bcrypt? Thanks.

remove bcrypt from the package.json and run the following 'npm install bcrypt --save'
