have you tried emailing them directly (not using the contact form)? try sending an email to help@teamtreehouse.com. usually they respond pretty quickly.

Good idea but someone responded to me using the contact form and that is the email address the form submissions go to.

They responded to me via within minutes and activated my student account for me within an hour. I've had a great experience from their customer support so far.

I sent a support request over a week ago about the ordered list issue on the forum. Someone initially contacted me to say it would be escalated to the Dev Team but that was 8 days ago and I've not heard back. I even responded a few days later and still no response. Not sure what is going on with my request perhaps it was misplaced.
