Best Book for Javascript

What is the best book i can use for learning Javascript in full. I just have basic knowledge of the language. Price is not an issue

A lot of people might recommend D. Crockford's book Javascript: the good parts (i don't think it's been updated recently). I haven't done the javascript courses here so i'm not sure how far they take you. some people recommend 'eloquent javascript', which is available online. beyond this, you might be able to find high quality video series. Udacity has some stuff on javascript (you may be more advanced), and https://frontendmasters.com/courses/ would seem to have a lot of javascript videos by iconic developers (including crockford). Not sure how in depth they go. (I avoid books, because they slow me down. - I take too many notes)

This book isn't intended for absolute beginners, but JavaScript: The Good Parts is excellent at getting you started with 'real world' development.

I recommend JavaScript and JQuery: Interactive Front-End Web Development. It's a great start to learning and easy to understand.

yes I like that book too. It's awesome ;)

Agreed!
