Aptana Studio 3 is a fine IDE for web development.

Hi Mike!

It depends whether you are specifically looking for an IDE or whether you are just looking for a piece of software to write your code in. If you are specifically looking for an IDE then I would recommend you take a look at WebStorm by JetBrains. I have used JetBrains IDE's before and I have had a really great time with them so I would recommend checking that out.

However, if you are just looking for some software to write your code in then I would highly recommend Atom. This is what I use for all of my web development at work and also at home and it really is a great piece of software. One thing you may find is that, especially for languages like HTML and CSS, is that they are more just written in a text editor rather than an IDE. If you've taken a look at WebStorm then you will probably see that they market it as a 'JavaScript IDE', this is because other languages like HTML and CSS don't require an IDE in the same way that some other languages do.

I hope that I managed to help you out anyway! If you have any more questions then feel free to leave them down below.

Thanks for both of you guys. I just need any free environment to work on my projects using (HTML,CSS,JavaScript)

I personally love using Brackets from Adobe. I use Adobe for Photoshop, and have trusted their software for years. And yes, it's free ;)
